The Dallas Cowboys played their first game of the season on September 8th, 2019. They played against the New York Giants, and the score ended up being 35 to 17, a win for the Cowboys. Quite a dominating win, all of their fans were delighted.

“I think the Cowboys are going to have a good season but not going to win the Super Bowl. They only have their running back that they’re trying to have run the team but it’s not going to work,” said Carlos Mora (11)

At the beginning of the game, the New York Giants made a touchdown, putting them in the lead. However, the game quickly turned around for the Cowboys. The Cowboys saw what they were facing. They refocused themselves and were able to pull through as a team. This caused them to win the game.

Samantha Chavez (11) said, “ I think they aren’t going to do that well because they don’t have that many good players.”

Due to this win, it demonstrates the potential of the Cowboys for this season. Player Ezikel Elliot is particularly talented. He is getting paid 9 million this year for his extra efforts.

Hopefully, this win becomes one of many for the Dallas Cowboys.

Alan Santiago (11) said, “I think their gonna do good honestly; they have a good offense and a great defense.”
